Breunig was recruited to the University of Montana by Wayne Tinkle and his staff from the University of Washington, but Tinkle left for Oregon State after Breunig had sat out a year after transferring. Breunig was a dominant force for Coach DeCuire averaging 17.8 points and 8.2 rebounds during his time in Missoula. He was also a two-time first-team All-Big Sky Conference selection and won Newcomer of the Year in 2014-15 (:08). Moorehead has the record for most career starts in the Grizzly basketball program and a key contributor on back-to-back NCAA Tournament teams. He currently is still living in Missoula and doing color for SWX's Montana basketball broadcasts (14:19).
